Autism Teacher
This is my second year at Mason Creek Elementary, and my 19th year teaching. I am a product of the Douglas County School System; I attended Arbor Station Elementary School, Chapel Hill Middle School, and graduated from Douglas County High School. My undergraduate degree is in Business Administration. After about six years in marketing, I realized my true vocation was to be a special education teacher. I received my Master's degree in Education from Georgia State University in 2009. I am currently pursuing my Specialist in Special Education through the University of West Georgia.
My husband David and I just celebrated our second year of marriage. I am blessed with two bonus sons, Will and Wesley. We enjoying hiking, camping, and going to the beach. I love college football (Go Dawgs!) and cooking.
